This is a transformative space (a sanctuary) for mums to be inspired and empowered to take action in prioritizing their health, life and happiness through daily self care practices and by doing so it creates a sanctuary of calm, balance, love, and peace from within them. This then expands out into all areas of their life and to others around them, creating a ripple effect of wellbeing, impact and reach.
As a mum (no matter how old your children are) life can feel overwhelming, chaotic, and sometimes even lonely and unsupported. That’s why this sanctuary exists—to help you understand about the importance of self care and through incorporating daily self care practices you will create a sanctuary of calm, peace and balance within you.
Mentally, emotionally and physically you will better handle the demands of motherhood and challenges of life. It also creates a foundation of balance and well-being for you and your family.
Creating a Community of Resilient Mums
I’m Suzanne Shoesmith, the owner of my business Choice4Change plus your guide in this sanctuary. I am also a passionate advocate for mums and self-care, helping them to thrive in all areas of their health and life. My journey into this work began with my own struggles—from losing my mother to breast cancer when I was 19, to navigating many years of emotional challenges and financial struggles. Through my experiences, I discovered that by doing daily self care practices, it allowed me to heal, grow, build strength, confidence and resilience, thus creating a wonderful sanctuary of calm, peace and balance within me. This has extended out into my family and all areas of my life. It can do the same for you too!
My personal journey has spanned more than two decades and during this later time I’ve spent many years studying and becoming equipped with effective and transformative information and tools, where I have become certified in:

Together, we’ll create lasting change and open the door to a life filled with peace, calm, strength, joy and resilience.
